Last week we launched Bronit Menu at Safir Hotel. A guest no longer has to call reception to order dinner to the room — scanning a QR code with the phone is enough.
What the guest sees
The page opens in the browser — no app, no sign-up. It has the restaurant menu with photos and prices, plus the hotel’s quick buttons:
- wake-up alarm and taxi;
- services and reception;
- report a problem in the room;
- leave a review.
The menu is shown in the guest’s language — Uzbek, Russian, English and seven more.
Not only rooms
QR codes are also placed in the hotel’s common areas, such as the pool and sauna. An order from there arrives with the place’s name, so staff know where to bring it.
What staff see
Every order arrives in the hotel’s Telegram group with “Accept” and “Ready” buttons. Once accepted, a kitchen ticket prints automatically, and the guest follows the order’s status on the phone.
