Fergana Hotel launches Bronit Menu

Last week Fergana Hotel joined Bronit Menu. Guests open the menu by scanning the QR code in their room — no calls, no app to install.

How it works

• the guest scans the QR code and sees the restaurant menu with photos and prices;
• adds dishes to the basket and sends the order — now or for a set time;
• the order arrives in the hotel’s Telegram group, and staff accept it with one tap;
• the guest sees that the order is accepted and being prepared.

Besides the menu, the page has a wake-up alarm, taxi, hotel services, reception and a review form — all in the guest’s language.

The hotel changes the menu, prices and photos itself in the Bronit panel, and its analytics show what guests open and order most.
